How do I place a design project order?

Simply email us at RCgraphics1@gmail.com with your design concept/ideas/specifications along with any particular images or text that need to be included and we will proceed with the design work.

What are your turnaround times for design work?

Accepted Answer

Design turnaround time is anywhere between 3-5 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. Design turnaround time may change depending on complexity of the individual project or the amount of revisions requested by the client.

What do I need to get started on a design project?

In order to get started on a design project, you need a general idea or concept to share with us. You then need to email us any images and or logos that you want included along with all the details and text that need to be included as well. Please email us all the images/logos in the highest resolution possible for clean sharp results.

What is your cancellation policy on design projects?

Accepted Answer

If you are not satisfied with our design work, you are not required to pay anything. However, you may not use our design by any means. You may cancel a design project at any time during the work progress without any fees. No refunds once design work is approved and payment submitted.
