Design turnaround time is anywhere between 3-5 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. Design turnaround time may change depending on complexity of the individual project or the amount of revisions requested by the client.

In order to get started on a design project, you need a general idea or concept to share with us. You then need to email us any images and or logos that you want included along with all the details and text that need to be included as well. Please email us all the images/logos in the highest resolution possible for clean sharp results.

If you are not satisfied with our design work, you are not required to pay anything. However, you may not use our design by any means. You may cancel a design project at any time during the work progress without any fees. No refunds once design work is approved and payment submitted.

To place a print order with your own "Print Ready Files", please email us at RCgraphics1@gmail.com with your order specifications along with your "Print Ready Files" and we will then proceed with payment options. Once payment is submitted, the print process will begin.

Print Ready Files refers to files that meet all our requirements for the printing process. These files are in other words, all good to go and no further work/setup is required. You may also contact us for further help or feel free to submit your files and we will review them and let you know if they are ok for print FREE of charge.

We accept PDF, JPEG, PSD, Ai, EPS. All file formats must be in high resolution at 300dpi for clear & sharp print results.

Print turnaround time varies per item but the general range is 2-5 business days. This does not include shipping transit time. Custom orders or larger quantities or specific requests will take a few days longer and we will specify that upon ordering. Business days does not include weekends and holidays.

- File formats we accept for print: PDF, JPEG, PSD, Ai, EPS. - Must flatten PSD files & outline Ai files. - All files must be high in resolution at 300dpi & in CMKY color mode. - Files must be submitted at the exact item size with an extra 1/4" bleed all around for trimming purposes. Example: Standard Postcard Size is 4" x 6", files submitted must be 4.25" x 6.25"

We ship standard UPS ground nationwide. We will provide you with the tracking# so you can track your package at anytime. Shipping transit time is anywhere between 2-4 business days depending on destination. For local Las Vegas area clients, we will personally deliver for free.

There are NO returns, refunds, or cancellations once print order is placed and payment is made by the client. We will only refund if print results are significally bad and noticable by which its unacceptable by our quality standards.

- For print orders only: Payment is made upfront, once payment is submitted, the print process will begin. - For design work only: Payment is made once you approve the design. You are not required to pay upfront. - For design+print: Payment is made once you approve the design and before sending to print.

At the moment, we do not accept credit cards.

Absolutely! Feel free to Email us to set up a meeting time and date. I can meet at your business location, your home, or at a public establishment like Starbucks etc. This option is only available to local clients in the Las Vegas area.
