• Copyright Law: It is against copyright law to use any work and or images for any purpose made by RCgraphics without full payment or agreeable consent. Failure to do so may result in legal action protected by copyright laws.

 

• Design Work: You are not obligated to pay anything up until you approve the design. However, if you use any work done by RCgraphics in any way shape or form, may result in legal action proctected by copyright law. Do not use design work in any way without payment or agreeable consent. Unacceptable forms of design work use include (Online Promoting, Online Advertising, Printing, Second Party Design Modifications, Saving Image for Later Use). Keep in mind that you do not own design work until full amount is paid or an agreement is made between both parties.

 

• Printing: Full payment must be made before printing process begins. Absolutely no refunds once payment is made unless a major noticeable issue with the final print material occurs and you do not want to proceed with a re-print.

 

• Design Work Turnaround Time: Design turnaround typically is between 3-5 days. However, some larger projects or more complex projects may take longer which will be discussed directly with the client and an approximate turnaround time will be given then. Turnaround time does not include multiple revisions as there is no exact number of revisions/changes that can be done. 3-5 day turnaround time refers to the time of the first image proof submission and may not be the final approved work if revisions are to be made.

 

• Printing Turnaround Time: Print turnaround typically is 2-5 business days, not including the day order is placed or weekends. Some print orders will take longer do to your choice of additional features such as Spot UV, Round Corners, Special Shapes, Folding Options, Specialty Paper Stock if Available, Perforations, Scoring, Numbering, and other Add-ons if Available. Large quantities of over 10,000 units will take longer as well. Print turnaround time does not include shipping transit time. Orders made during or close to holidays will be delayed and will take more then the specified turnaround time. We do not offer rush turnaround or next day print orders at the moment.

 

• Shipping: We ship via UPS ground. Shipping transit time depends on destination which typically delivers between 2-4 business days not including weekends or holidays. A tracking number will be provided as soon as order ships out. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur with your package during transit. Shipment carriers often leave packages in front doors and don't require a customer signature, therefor we are not responsible if package is stolen once delivered to destination.
